With the local coordination with another organization called Jagaran, we are planning two projects related to distribution of goat farming and organic seed distribution. This will reach with 33 farmers.
The main activities will concern in distributing female goats to 21 families and organic seeds of different seasonal vegetables to 14 families. This will be a project of 18 months and is estimated to benefit 5 villages later with an impact and replication project in 2 more villages. The villagers will also be helped with the different methods of improvised techniques and marketing of their products.
This is really important for rural development as most of the villages are lacking youth for different economical and social activities.

Most of the youths move to the city or abroad for search of better jobs.They don't try to explore the opportunities which has been prevalent in the villages.
We conducted 17 workshops which tried to motivate the youth and high school students with the chances and entrepreneurship activities that they could launch in the their villages with least of resources and better marketing approaches.
This is really important for rural development as most of the villages are lacking youth for different economical and social activities.

As per our regular schedules of school campaigns we conducted two workshops in the schools of Lekhnath awaring them about the issues of corruption and how are corruption norms being formed which we are not even aware of.
The workshops were conducted focusing on the students of grade 8 and 9.The workshops conducted about the corruption situation in Nepal and Asia. What are the latest trends and the procedural delays in the government office?
The workshops made the students aware about the concerns of the corruption in different forms in the community and how they can defy it in their local and student level.
In total there were 138 students in the workshops.

With coordination with the local community of Bijaypur and Ward 3 of Lekhnath, we organized an event of blood donation campaign. It was done with the pure intention of humanitatian cause and we collected 23 pints of blood. There were 16 male donors and 7 female donors. The Red Cross team was also there to help there.
Most of them were frequent donors and there were like 9 new donors and they told that they felt great in donating blood for a noble cause.

Coordinating with the youth group of Mauja we coordinated awareness campaign about the cultural issues in the federalism in the new constitution of Nepal. It was to make the people aware about the pros and cons of considering the federalism on the basis of culture and ethnicity.
It was a two hour interaction programs where we discussed about the importance and cultural identity. What are the need of cultural need in the new constitution and how it could be resolved?
The new constitution is to drafted soon and the political parties are claiming different concerns about their own mandates. Most people claimed that the federalism should not be on the basis of culture and castes whereas it should be best if it was done on the basis of resources and other.

  • Areas with economic empowerment

    We are soon making an addition in our thematic areas with economic empowerment. The major objectives of the program will be to make the youth and women aware about the different economic prospects that are prevalent in the local context.

    Nepal is a land locked country situated in the lap of Himalayan range. Inheriting vast diversity in geography and ethnicity it is locked by China from the North and India.
